Tax Resident Question

I am a US citizen and my finance is a visa holder. We are planning on moving to Hong Kong at some point next year with his company (US-based). We will be applying for green card after the wedding and assume this means he will be subject to US tax even after our move. Does anyone know what the tax treaty agreements are between the US and Hong Kong as they apply to both US citizens and green card holders earning income in a foreign country through a US company?
