Does anyone know anything about this new site, www.okay.com?

They claim to be a totally accurate listing site, does anyone know if this is the case?

I have had some frustrating experiences with online real estate through other services (namely Hong Kong Homes and Expat Home) since their listings are sometimes so clearly out of date. I found one on Hong Kong Homes the other day for my current flat with a completely inaccurate price.

I would really like to find a good place for accurate listings, as RE is a hobby of mine. Does anyone know if Okay.com is a good source?
