Relocation to Hong Kong

I am living and working in Beijing and would like to move my family to Hong Kong.
My son was offered a place in a Hong Kong international school but we have no working visa (no employer) or resident permit in Hong Kong that would allow us en-rolling him in the school and live there.
What possibilities (visa options) do we have to be able to reach our goal?
