Being a landlord

Good day everyone. My name is David. I am a new member and this is my first post. I have been living in Hungary on and off for the past few years and am married to a Hungarian. Now that I have saved up some money I would like to be a landlord, and would like some information for people with experience. Specifically where to find good deals on flats. Is there something similar to short sales or bank sales? Good websites for research of past sale prices and current area rents. What is Hungary's take on AirBnb? Is it considered a hotel? I know a lot of people avoid paying taxes since they are high but I would be legit and follow the rules. I live in Szeged but would consider moving to Budapest, Pecs, Miskolc, and a few other places if profits are better for rentals. Also attached to this is bank loans. Hungary bases their loans on the value of the property, instead of credit score like the USA, correct? For example, I have a net salary of $60.000 US. If I want to purchase a flat for 10 million HUF, what kind of loan should I be able to get and at what interest rate?
Thank you in advance for your help and advice.
And just to clarify for people that say I should go to the bank and ask myself or do my own research. I am currently in Saudi Arabia working and do my own research when I can. But I prefer first hand experience from people that have done it so I can get a complete picture of my options.
Cheers
