NZer moving to Hungary - Residence Visa Requirements

Hi There,
I am in the process of applying for a 12 month residence permit/working holiday visa to Hungary. I am a NZ citizen and have been living in the UK for the last 2 years.
I am having trouble understanding the EXACT requirements/documents I need to be able to apply for the visa.
Also, I need to know if I am able to apply for this at the Hungarian Embassy in London!
I have been told yes, but I need to know this for certain before I go any further.
Any help is appreciated!
