Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone else gets the same treatment as I. I am treated like I am a nuisance, I am not getting answers to anything I ask (simple questions) and my emails are ignored.

A weak ago I asked TELEKOM what is the fine I will have to pay if I want to disconnect...no one will tell me. Got email saying "if you want to leave during the loyality period you will have to pay a penalty". I know that and my question was how much?

No one will tell me...over the phone they pass me from one assh@le to the other and the email is no better.

I have a very bad experience with the customer service in Hungary...never had these problems before (and I lived in 2 other countries before0).
