Small Business In Hungary?

Hi I'm From India I'm into Mobile Import and Export to Europe and Ukraine and Russia.And starting Dropshipping also . But due to Some issues in India Currency
demonetization and Everything being restricted and now a days due to higher custom taxes is very hard to business here .so Im considering Move Hungary and Do the same business In Hungary Is it good choice to choose Hungary? Or any other suggestions please help me depends on feedback suggestions I'll take the decision Thanks in advance
