Work Permit without Degree

Hi,

I am from a non-EU country and have a job opportunity in Budapest. I was wondering how much of an issue it would be that I did not complete my university degree (and probably cannot do so at this stage)? I have about 3-4 years of highly relevant professional experience but no higher except coursework that didn't culminate in graduation.
