Anyone near Debrecen by any chance?

I know it is not the most popular city in Hungary but it is worth the try. We are an American company looking to do business with a Hungarian company located in Debrecen. The company is called Agroversum KFT and their address is Akadémia u. 24, 4032 Hungary. Has anyone heard of or seen this company before? I am planning to fly there in 2 weeks but if someone drives by there on their daily commute and has never seen it before i would like to know before i even waste my time to make the trip there. At this point any information would help! We have checked the company online and have talked on the phone but the salesperson is asking for a deposit to secure the products and that raised a red flag and made me rethink this trip. If anyone near Debrecen can help a fellow American and drive by this place i wouldnt mind paying for a meal or bottle of scotch for your assistance ??
