Good afternoon.I`m messaging from Blighty,an hour behind you all in Hungary.I`m a resident Brit(ex-pat of another country), and no immediate plans to visit Hungary due to my currant finances,but a friend`s daughter really enjoyed her visit to Budapest recently,finding the food that suited her palate etc.
My question is to do with a friend who is currently in Budapest on a visa for a few months work contract ,and because they are new to the language(they speak 3 or4 others well),and are very busy,I offered to ask for info on various things as they crop up.
1st is about phone/Internet usage/options,pricing.They use Telenor at the moment and are using various social media contact formats on their mobile,including Skype messaging.How do we find out how much my friend is being charged to send and receive Skype messages etc?They don`t have a grasp on the language just yet.?...
Their question:Is there a cheaper way of communicating with the various countries they need to,including UK?They have to keep prices under control,not had their 1st pay cheque yet.
Are there any alternatives to Telenor,or are they the bee`s knees for one`s phone/Internet needs.
What are the expensive users with Internet-phone over there?
