Working from Hungary- Taxes

Hello, I'm planning on moving to Hungary and live for 1 year or more.
I'm currently not living in a EU country, but I do have a passport of a EU country.
I intend to keep working for the employer in my current country.

I understand there is:
- 15% Income tax
- 10% Pension contribution
- 7% Health care contribution
- 1.5% Unemployment contribution

- Is it possible for me to avoid paying the 7% health care contribution and have a private health insurance instead?

- Is it possible for me to contribute to the pension in my previous country/avoid the pension contribution at all?
