longer-term rentals in Budapest and Hungary

Hello everyone:
I am an American interested in a longer-term, 2-4 month apartment rental in Budapest or a suburb. I do have dual Hungarian/US citizenship and I speak Hungarian at a moderate level of proficiency. I am wondering how much I can expect to pay per month for a small, one bedroom or studio-type apartment in Buda or an outlying area of Pest? I am pretty familiar with the city and with public transportation, shopping, etc. I basically know what to expect in terms of daily life in BP, just am wondering how much I should pay for such a rental.
