Dual citizenship

Hello all I currently have dual citizenship, Canadian with Hungarian parents. I already applied and got my Hungarian passport and papers.. I plan on moving to Budapest after my husband passes away. I am on social security disability and live in the US. I also have a US citizenship. How hard is it to fine an apartment etc. is it better to live alone or get a roommate I will be 60ish when I move. All my family is in Hungary but they do not speak English too well and my Hungarian sucks. It will get better I’m taking lessons.
