winter job in hospitality

I m looking for a winter job. I use to manage Bed and Breakfast in Chile, France, Australia ... I m french , speaking french, spanish and english. I would like to work in a BandB or farm ...this winter. If anybody got a good contact, please let me know. Thanks Nicolas
