U.S. citizen Town Hall Meeting in Nilgiris

Dear U.S. Citizens,

The American citizen services unit at the Consulate is pleased to announce the visit of a Consular Officer to Ooty on May 3, 2012. As part of the visit, we are planning on organizing a town hall meeting with the American citizens in the area. The Officer will present an overview of the services offered by the unit, provide voting related information and will be available for questions. The planned meeting will be held on Thursday, May 3 at 4.00pm. We would greatly appreciate your letting us know of your availability to attend this meeting. We will provide you with venue details on your confirming your participation.
