Taxes on income in India

Hi,

I was looking on the internet to find the answer but as my situation is gonna be particular, I could not find it.

I'll have a local contract in India but spending less than 3 months on a yearly basis in the country. I was wondering to which category as an expat I would fall under for indian tax on income ? (I'll have a local contract)
