Returning India-A nightmare

When you have lived in overseas for several years, mainly in the region Middle East and Africa, you feel coming back to home and serve the nation.

Some people in their late 40s plan to come back to India and re settle and enjoy their assets that they made with their hard money.

They also would like to share their Global experience and do something better in the Service or Consulting industry if they are coming with some Good Multinational experience and exposures with their international travelings and a successful track record

Do you think they will be well taken by locals here or the people who are holding the positions

The answer is big “NO”

If you come here as an Expatriate, people will welcome you in office, family and the friend circle.

If you wind up everything and come here to re settle.

The people will expect from you a big investment for a good business and a great lifestyle in India.

Or they will expect from you some foreign business.

If you do not have any of this and wants to take a good job as per your experience or do your Consulting business for capitalizing your overseas experience and exposure you will fail here. You will be stopped and harassed

Your friends will run away with few reasons, relatives will keep you away because you are disturbing them and the industry people will not allow you to step in because they think you are going to boss them with your superior knowledge.

Although the young guys will like your westernized working style and try to learn from you in the industry, but the colleagues and peers will not accept you because you will be threat for them.

You will get frustrated and will go back to your overseas people that they will return with negative answers because you left them when they were stopping you there.

All this will be being watched by the bad guys and they will start to find some of your limitations based on your overseas living and working style and prove it in the community as negating for Indian culture. This is being done for your demotivation and humiliation. This will create a guilt feeling inside you and take you away from people and end up into depression. This is their main aim. This is how they make you fail and start exploiting you.

As you are not aware of the local politics, bureaucracy, govt and legal systems and do not have a close guy who can help you better with your returning situation, the bad guys will make good use of your situation and try to force you to the wrong path.

This will be the time when they will start troubling you through your neighbors, local authorities and other places with their network. You will also start getting so many indirect calls, message & mails with some negative messages although they are not direct to you but it has hint for you.

This is all to scare you, harass you, demotivate you and humiliate you and to drive you for some wrong thing

An atmosphere will be created for you to get irritated about the situation and start fighting with everybody. They will enjoy it more and will create more such sections to trouble you..

May be all this is done because you carry an international profile which can be misused for their purpose.

As it is shown in some of the Indian movies, where the main character with all these issues get to wrong direction and gets to the wrong path ,you could be one of those

When a person is abroad, he has a dream of India and he helps every Indian he sees coming new there and finding challenges. But when the same person comes back to India he sees the nightmare

People make him humiliated and force him to return back, leaving everything here and save himself.

This is the reason Indians do not want to come back and do anything here for the nation because they do not want to loose their professional status becoming a street fighter.

This is India for a Returning Indians.

Do we still need Indians to come back and do things here for the betterment of the people,. Do they have support?
Are they secure?
