I hope this message finds you well. I am an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) looking to sell my agricultural land located in Punjab, specifically in Jalandhar. As part of this process, I need to find trustworthy real estate agents who specialize in agricultural land transactions and are experienced in dealing with OCI clients.

Additionally, I’m also seeking recommendations for a lawyer who can help navigate the legal aspects of the sale, especially regarding the transfer of funds back to my home country. Understanding the legalities involved in repatriating funds is crucial for me, so any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
