Moving to Dublin ...Help!

Hello to all the Americans who have had sucessful relocations. My husband, myself and our infant son are possibly relocating to Dublin for a few years for his work. I'm really concerned about the quality of the health care for children...ie vaccinations and such inaddition to prenatal care and if its the same as what we receive in the good old USA.How did you decide where to live? Do you drive or rely on public transportation? Are there any wives who were stay at home moms who relocated and if so how did you cope with being alone. Did you easily find mommy and me classes???? I assume there are no Walmarts, Targets or other Wholesale Clubs to shop at. You're friendly advice would be greatly appreciated.
