Married couple with a child moving to Ireland

My husband has an offer from a good IT company that is offering him 70,000 Euros + 20% Bonus + 8K Car allowance. It'a work from home, since they are just setting up their operations in Europe. We have a 4 yr old child, who's started school. Can you advice me if it's a good income to move and stay in the country side, as there is no physical office, yet. Can school fees and medical be managed? I have done a good deal of research and still doing. Please help. Thanks
