Dublin rent costs and tax deduction

Hi all,

I'll move to Dublin for work next year and I am quite surprised by the high rental costs.
for 1 bed flat seems that less than 900 euros/month is nearly impossible.
I've a couple of questions:

1)Does the rent quoted of daft.ie include expense(heat,electricity,..)?
2) how much would be the expenses for 50m2 flat
3) is there a tax deductions for renting costs? This suggests so
