Extended visit

My husband and I visited Ireland last May and are thinking about moving there for a year. We are retired and in good health and have the financial means to support ourselves during that time, so we would only add to the economy. We are looking for a fairly small coastal town where we would be able to walk for shopping and necessities, but that would have transportation access to larger cities. WiFi is also a must. So far, we are looking at Kinsale. Do you have any other suggestions? Also, we would be interested in mundane things such as if heat/electricity/water/garbage are normally included in rent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
