Two little ones

Hi all, my husband is an Irish citizen I am a US citizen and he wants to move "back home" in about a year or so....we have two little ones a girl aged 3 in p re school now and a little boy aged 15 months. Does anyone have any advice or warnings or anything on moving abroad with toddlers? I keep hearing kids adjust easier but she already has a lot of friends she sees all the time and loves her school and dance school so I guess I am just scared that she will hate it and it will effect her in a negative way...Any help that can put my mind at ease will be appreciated :)
