Looking for work visa in Ireland

Hello,

I am wanting to live in Ireland and work, I was wondering if anyone has leads on who might sponsor me for a work visa.

I am college educated- BA in Biology, MSPH in Public Health with certificates in International Health and Food Systems. I have work experience as a Microbiologist, an International Student Advisor at a college, work in Climate Change research, and of course clerical and office experience along the way. Does anyone know of any companies that offer work visas and might hire me?
