Critical skills visa

I want to emigrate to Ireland and qualify for a critical skills visa. My problem is trying to secuee employment as you need valid employment to get the visa. Are there any recruirment companies that specialise in hiring candidates abroad? My skills belong to the banking sector as a risk manager. Any other advice or tips will be welcome.
