Foreign Birth Registration Question

I am so excited! I received my Irish citizenship today! My question to any woman who has received hers- it has my maiden name on the certificate. Is that correct? They mailed it to me under my married name and they had my marriage certificate. I’m assuming it has to be my maiden name to show a direct line from my mom and grandmother?
I hope that’s right!
On a positive note they had said it would take at least six months to get. I sent it to
Dublin at the end of April, so that was not quite four months ago??
