Business out of home

We're dual (US/Irish) citizens and planning a move to Ireland (Galway maybe) once we get funded. Planning to have our business pay for moving costs and first year rental. Are there any issues with using a home also as a tech business office? Not planning many visitors with most staff working remotely anyway. Here in the U.S. it's pretty common but not sure about Ireland. I figure if we have up to a year's worth of rent upfront, that'll put us in much better position with landlords. Thoughts?
