Transferring sole-proprietor business to Clare

After a transformative stay in Clare (mostly Ennis), I'm considering moving my one-man computer repair business there. I've been in touch with the Local Enterprise Office in Ennis, expecting to be told that it's a high hill to climb. On the contrary, I was advised that there are actually grants and zero-interest loans available. There is a lot to consider, but I'm fishing to see if anyone has moved a business from the U.S. or other country, and what some of the pitfalls/pluses might be.
