Type of birth certificate for grandparent to claim Irish citizenship

Hello; I am in the process of sending off for my Irish grandfather's birth certificate at: HSE.ie; the standard cost is 20 euro; however they also have an "Authenticated" option for an additional 10 euro; I am currently a US citizen living in US but planning on retiring to Ireland as a citizen in 15+/- years (Westport area, County Mayo); is the standard birth certificate sufficient or should I request the "Authorized" one ?
