Moving to Ireland

Hi, i am planning to move to Ireland in a year time. am non EU citizen but my wife and kids are EU citizens. we are currently living in one of the EU country Bulgaria. i currently hold a EU family member card so please my question is
1, since my wife and kids are EU citizen do they have any restriction in terms of job and schools for my kids

2, when i arrive Ireland do i have the right to work after i apply for an Ireland residency card.

3. For me as non EU citizen married to an EU citizen , do i have to provide a certain financial amount to proof i can support my family
