Moving to Ireland (US)

Me and my family have a strong desire to immigrate and eventually become citizens of Ireland.

We have family heritage there but not close enough for it to effect our citizenship. However I am a cyber security expert which is on the list of critical skills in Ireland.

Even though my skills are on the critical skills list, I seem to be having issues attaining a job offer so that I can submit for my work permit.

Any suggestions? Anyone know of any openings? I am looking to make the move literally any time we are already packed and ready to leave at a moments notice.
