Virtual Dyslexia Tutor

This is a super specific question so not sure if this is the right place- but I thought I’d give it a try! I am a virtual dyslexia tutor in the states considering moving to Ireland - most likely smaller town outside of Galway on west coast once I receive my dual citizenship (applied in 2020 and still waiting). Just wondering if anyone has any info to share on reliability of internet or any other considerations related to virtual tutoring or setting up a virtual service business. I’m just beginning my research. Thank you!
