1) When you first moved to Ireland, did you stay in an airbnb or hotel whilst searching for a house to rent? How long did you take and would you recommend using a property agent?

2) Are the rental prices usually negotiable? And how much were you able to reduce it by?

3) Anyone living in Bray? I've done some research and it seems like a nice place to live in. Would you recommend it and how much of rent should I be paying there?

4) Is it true that I will have to carry a raincoat with me regardless the season in Ireland?
