Bad hair days

I know it rains a lot in Ireland, but does it get very humid? Here, in New England, we have very warm, humid summers. I think that’s a result of the combination of air temperature and the amount of moisture in the air, but I’m not a meteorologist, The one time I was in Ireland, it was summer, but not as warm as it is here. I was wondering if that was typical. I don’t enjoy the warm weather at all.
