Retiring in Sligo

Hi All, I’m a dual Irish - US citizen, born and reared in Ireland. Will be retiring next May and going back home. Couple of questions. Does anyone know of a Currency Exchange company to send monthly money from US to Ireland. And also anyone know of good international tax accountant- will need to file both US and Irish taxes?
