australian psychologist looking for work in Israel

Hi, I am a clinical psychologist from Australia, moving to Israel around May, June 2013. I have a clinical doctorate and PhD in clinical psychology and 7 years clinical experience but I don't speak Hebrew, only moderate Arabic and I'm wondering if it will be possible to find work as a psychologist in Israel? Does anyone know whether expats (non-Jew) are accepted in health care settings like hospitals, clinics easily over there? Be so grateful for your feedback.
