Buying online & shipping to Israel

Hi there,

I'm getting conflicting information from people within Israel.

One person told me he buys from eBay all the time & so long as it's under $100, he gets whatever he ordered with no problems.

Another person told me they always delay the packages at the border & you are lucky if you get them & she didn't know anything about this $100 amount.

Does anyone know what the truth is?
