Considering a Move

Hi, I'm a 35 year old single parent of an almost 16 year old daughter. I've been to a few places around the world (Italy, Argentina, Colombia) for trips/vacations and I'm comfortable with travelling abroad and I think I'd be comfortable living abroad as well. I had a few places in mind but now my mindset has shifted a bit since all this C-19 mess started, instead of where do I want to go my thinking is now, where do I, or we, need to go(I'll just say that I have some ideas on why Israel for a need to go). I don't know how hard it would be for us to move to Israel and start a new life, where would we live, what would we do for a living, etc... I do have some coding skills but I wouldn't confident calling myself a programmer, and I currently work in a state prison, I would probably be coming with around 20K, give or take. I don't know Hebrew but I am studying it and it's coming along. And unless I were to get some papers signed I would have to wait about another 2 1/2 years before my daughter was 18 and I so I could bring her permanently if she wanted to come. What's your experience in Israel? What do you think the changes of someone like me succeeding and making the move would be. Thanks.
