Having a baby in Turin Italy

Can anyone help us out with having a baby on Turin? What is the procedure, are we entitled to free medical aid under English EU policy? And what is the aftercare like?

My wife is due at the end of December.

I also need somewhere to live and schools for a 3 year old and an 11 year old. Basically i need everything. All i have is a job!
