Anyone have a B&B in Italy that I can run for you?

I am 30 years old and hope to move to Italy this year. I have no job leads, and am very flexible in where I want to live. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years, and have always dreamt of running a B&B. I can not afford to purchase my own, but I can take of your porperty with the love and dedication as if it were my own. Also interested in possibly working as a sales manager, etc. for a hotel.

I have excellent references, and any help or advise you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

I am studying Italian, and have a great passion for Italy.
