Where to move to in Italy

We are from New Zealand and are living in the UK. Looking at moving to Italy for a short period with wife and 4 children.

My main interest is grapegrowing, winemaking and olives for eating and oil.

Can anyone suggest where is the best place to move for this? We want to experience the Italy people dream about if that makes sense.

We have been to Tuscany and Sorrento. From what I know I am wondering about Valmareno in the north or Puglia in the south.

I am a qualified civil engineer. I am also qualified in winemaking and grapegrowing. I am handy enough I am helping my friend build a house.

And also where I can get a job working on a vineyard/farm or perhaps to exchange for food and shelter.

Any suggestions will be very welcomed.

Thankyou
