living and working in torino

Hi! I live in the US and I am in the process of obtaining dual citizenship (Italian). My plan is to move to Torino...hopefully by February!
I will be taking very little money with and will need to find a job and a place to live. Any suggestions? I know the US dollar is worth less there, how is the cost of living...apartment cost, etc...? Also, how tough do you think it will be to find a job? I speak very little Italian..I am working on that!! I do have a background in early childhood education, administrative duties, etc...
Thanks in advance for your responses!
Arrivederci!!
