moderating the italian forum

just some ideas here with regards to moderating on this forum
i would like to put out that the italian forum needs a moderater like in other
like in any other comment boards
that no personal attacks foul language
etc be used here
some of the discussions have become in flammatory for no reason but some people trolling i know when i live in italy recently that this forum was very valuable and it is also for a community of like minded people
we all do go off at times
but remain close to topic
being an expat is tough and
also exhilariting
so there
we need to have a moderator i think make decisions and delete
personal attacks and also off topic
