Hello everyone.
We are moving to Italy, hopefully no later than December 2010.
We purchased a property in Le Marche three years ago, and now wish to open a B&B in it.
Can anyone advise about visas?
Must we travel to Italy first, apply for the nulla osta, then come back to the U.S. and wait for it to arrive before applying for our visa?
Any other advice regarding visas is much appreciated.
I am a teacher and am also applying for positions in American High Schools.
