CALLING ALL EXPATS IN GENOVA / ANYONE WHO KNOWS GENOVA WELL!!!
Husband (Italian) has a job offer in Genova: wife (Scottish) needs info to help decide whether or not to return to Italy from Scotland. We have two kids (1 and 3 years) and we're all bilingual so no probs with the language/culture.
Specifically: what areas are good to look at as an indication of house prices around Genova? We would prefer a smaller "community" with services, playparks, other young families etc as opposed to staying in Genova city centre...
Then: childcare. How easy would it be to get our three year old into state nursery and are they any good? He loves nursery over here...
And finally: any general info on standard of living/things to do/etc etc.
We need to decide ASAP so any help is MOST welcome!!
Thanks
