living in Italy Genoa

My husband and I are retired and we want to spend 6 months near or around Genoa. I will to live with an Italian family who needs a person to take their children to school, clean, do laundry, etc. My husband is a gardner and we live with our famly and I do everything also cook. If anyone knows how we could get a position for room and food, we would like to know how to do that. We will be getting our Italian Citizenship next year.
