House Prices and Business owner

We are thinking of moving to Italy. And I have a few questions:

What are house prices like? We are a couple with no kids but would need an office in our house. How much would we expect to pay for a reasonable house.

Do the Italian like the English moving into their country?

We own our own online business, what is it like setting up and running a small company in Italy. We only employ freelancers, so no direct employment issues.
