Shop on offer in Tuscany

Hi there,

Are there any people out here who want to settle in Toscany and are looking for work in the form of running a shop? Then I may have something interesting for you!

The shop is a tobacconist & kiosk (Tabacchi & Edicola) in Cecina, a coastal town about 50 km south of Pisa. The shop has a surface of ca. 65 m2 and is run by 2 people. The reason for selling is that the owner wants to move to the Netherlands. It is a well-running shop, situated at a favorable spot with ample parking space: next to a florist and a coffee bar and opposite a hospital. There’s also a large camping site nearby that brings a lot of extra clientele in the summer time.
