English Counsellor in italy

My goal is live in Italy for one year and provide counselling to English speaking folks. As of this time, I not know how to get started with this. My thinking is to perhaps do Skype Counselling first and then have a base set up before I arrive? Thoughts and input would be greatly appreciated. My website is advicecounselling.com.
