Fully furnished holiday house near Gallipoli, Lecce, Apulia, to let

Self-catering holiday house situated in a peaceful location called Marina di Mancaversa, located 7 km South of Gallipoli-Santa Maria di Leuca coast road is for rent. Marina di Mancaversa is a very quiet place, with its own beaches. A real sea resort off the beaten truck ! A short drive away is the famous beach of Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina, in the nature reserve of Parco di Sant' Andrea. Gallipoli (8 km far from the property), is a very well-known and lively tourist town and a delightful fishing town, with its old historic centre, stretching on an Island that is connected with the modern part of the city by a bridge. The house lies in a very strategic position, being only 40 km far from the famous Lecce, capital of the "Salento" and renowned for its marvellous Baroque style, only 30 km far from both the famous cities of Otranto and Santa Mara di Leuca, while the nearest airport Brindisi Casale is about 90 km far. The inside, of 100 square meters, consists of three main bedrooms, one main bedroom with king sized bed, the second bedroom with bunk beds ,and the third bedroom with twin beds; a bright and cosy living-dining room, provided with a divan-bed for two people; a spacious fully fitted eat-in kitchen with two fridges, one cooker, one oven,one sink, a washing maschine , and an extendable dining room table; a large and comfortable bathroom with W.C, bidet, wash-basin, bathtub and shower. Air-conditioning inside. The property is surrounded by a garden of 250 square meters, with a large patio-veranda in the front, equipped with a big table and plenty of chairs to eat outside and deckchairs, ideal for resting, reading or lying in the sun. The rear garden has enough space for resting in the shade, eating outside, and it is provided with a barbecue and an outside shower. The house has its own garage and a few parking spaces outside, and it is located in a full served area, with bars, newsagents, bus stop, supermarkets, bakeries, chemist's shops and the Marina's parish Church within walking distance. The wonderful sea is only five or ten minutes walking distance from the house, the water is always clean and crystal clear. The coast is rocky, but with many small access for easy reach also for children. The sandy beaches are short away, north or South, both with very easy access. The house has a total sleeping capacities of 8 people and it is available for rental in the months of June, July, August and September. Long-term rentals and both weekly rentals are available.
